The Labour Relations department is hosting three Fundamentals of Collective Bargaining workshops in October. These workshops will take participants step-by-step through the collective bargaining process, from start to finish and beyond. As well, strategies will be discussed in relation to the status of current negotiations.

Janis Arnold, Director of Governance and Professional Development Services, will lead a session on process and good governance practices (including parliamentary procedures) to round out the day.  This topic will be of particular interest to board or committee chairs.
