The Labour Relations department is hosting a virtual session on the Fundamentals of Collective Bargaining. This workshop will take participants step-by-step through the collective bargaining process, from start to finish and beyond. As well, strategies will be discussed in relation to the status of current negotiations.  

COSL Fall Conference

All sessions will take place virtually on Zoom and registrants will be provided with a link and any accompanying handouts prior to October 20th.

Governance Workshop (Virtual)

Janis Arnold, Director of Governance and Professional Development Services, will lead a virtual session on process and good governance practices (including parliamentary procedures) to round out the day.  This topic will be of particular interest to board or committee chairs.
