Purpose
To streamline the insurance related requests / inquiries process from school divisions to our current broker HUB International for:
• Commercial Insurance
• Student, Staff, Volunteer and Trustee accident/travel benefits
Procedure
- Designate up to three (3) people in your organization as contacts to HUB for Commercial Insurance service requests / inquiries. HUB requests, if possible, to designate one of the contacts for these inquiries be the facility management lead for the school division.
- Designate up to three (3) people in your organization as contacts to HUB for Student, Staff, Volunteer and Trustee accident/travel benefit inquiries, only if these contacts differ from the person(s) designated above.
- Supply the HUB Team with contact information, (Name, position title, phone number, email address) via email to both msbainsurance@hubinternational.com and msbaschool@hubinternational.com.
- Ensure all service requests / inquiries to the HUB Team are initiated through the designated contacts from your division.
If your divisional HUB designated contacts change over time, please update the information directly with the HUB.
