Overview

Manitoba School Boards Association (MSBA) provides critical guidance, support and risk management services to all stakeholders in the K-12 school system.

MSBA provides a centralized body for commercial asset, liability and fleet vehicle insurance plans for all member school divisions and districts in Manitoba.

Divisional Commercial Insurance Inquiry Protocol

Instructions:

1. Designate up to three (3) people in your organization as contacts to HUB for Commercial Insurance service requests / inquiries. HUB requests, if possible, to designate one of the contacts for these inquiries be the facility management lead for the school division.

2. Supply the HUB Team with contact information, (Name, position title, phone number, email address) via email to both msbainsurance@hubinternational.com.

3. Ensure all service requests / inquiries to the HUB Team are initiated through the designated contacts from your division.

If divisional HUB designated contacts change over time, please update the information directly with the associated HUB Team via email.
