New Division Dispatches Series - DEI

Whether a school board, a commercial enterprise, a large corporate board or a small volunteer group, most boards are making visible commitments to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Statements are included in a vision and mission and there are strategic goals for administration. But when it comes to intra-board dynamics, practices and making plans, boards can do more to commit to real board-level DEI change.

DEI - Member Commitment is the first video of this new series.
