STUDENT VOICE ON BILL 64
Learning about Bill 64 and its impact on students, their schools, and communities has piqued interest and sparked student voices in Manitoba.
A group of five grade nine students from Windsor Park Collegiate in Louis Riel School Division (LRSD) presented their research project on Bill 64 to the LRSD community at an information evening held on May 25. The student presentation begins at the 12-minute mark.
Students involved in the Grant Park High School Social Justice Committee in Winnipeg School Division have also studied the potential impacts that Bill 64 will have on their school community. They have developed an information campaign on Instagram to engage their community to learn more about the Bill. Follow @gphssocialjustice to see student voices in action.
