Canadian Price IndexThe Labour Relations and Human Resource Services Department is responsible for providing labour relations and personnel services to member school boards in the capacity of advisor, coordinator, and agent. The Department assists member boards in the maintenance of good employer-employee relationships through the establishment of fair and reasonable salaries, benefits and working conditions.
The Labour Relations and Human Resource Services Department also produces a number of regular publications and collects and synthesizes data relevant to its mandate. Much of this material is accessible on this website.
