58th Annual Convention

March 11, 2022 (Virtual Event)

The Manitoba School Boards Association’s 58th Annual Convention will be held virtually as a one-day event on Friday, March 11, 2022. The theme selected is, "Strong today, Stronger tomorrow, Strongest together".

Although the convention will be scaled down next March, it will still retain the necessary components from our traditional, in-person event. The program is being finalized, but the broad outline – start and end times, and the nature of the day’s programming has been set.

Watch for more details here as they become available.

Recognition of Achievement

Each year at its Annual Convention, the Association honours long-serving trustees, exemplary educators and inspiring students. Click here for more information about these awards.

NOTE: The Convention Committee has made the decision to pause the presentation of the 2022 Student Citizenship Awards. MSBA will be surveying the membership in 2022 to look at new ideas for a refreshed program. Watch for the survey and the return of these popular Awards in 2023!

However, a tradition that will still be an integral part of the 2022 program is the recognition of long-serving trustees and the presentation of the Presidents’ Council Award. To download the forms, click here.
